thoughts

It's about 115 degrees fahrenheit (46 celsius) here every day. Plus humidity. But my theory is that once the heat reaches a certain point, you stop feeling the difference and it's just perceived as "hot."

And it's starting to feel less like a short trip and more like I'm here forever. In reality, I know it's somewhere in the middle... meh. It will help once the other girls on my team get here. Lonneke arrives tomorrow and Layial arrives on the 9th!

I need to learn how to drive a stick shift. Also, I miss peanut butter. And good cheese.

i feel you...it´s hard to try and explain to people that you come from the "cheese state" without them thinking you are completely crazy
